Description

  • Build relationships with existing and prospective customers through outside sales meetings and calls.
  • Provide integrated application engineering and design support for ventilation and HVAC applications.
  • Prepare and support bids, quotes, submittals, and related sales documentation.
  • Work directly with engineers, contractors, end users, and food service dealers.
  • Deliver technical product support, including job site visits and hands-on troubleshooting.
  • Manage installations in progress and coordinate schedules to ensure equipment is delivered on time.
  • Educate and promote CaptiveAire products through presentations, meetings, conference calls, and product demos.
  • Research and develop new business opportunities with both new and existing users.
  • Provide strong customer service and work to improve the customer experience and turnaround times.
  • Support post-sale service and technical support for existing equipment.

Requirements

  • 0-5 years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or 4-year technical degree in mechanical, electrical, construction, or science-oriented curriculum preferred.
  • Excellent computer, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a passion for continuous learning.
  • Strong desire to work directly with customers.
  • Business savvy and openness to new technologies.
  • High motivation, aggressive drive to succeed, and a "go-getter" attitude.
  • Willingness to travel for various training opportunities.
  • For engineering graduates, FE exam completion within 6 months of employment if not already completed.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
