Description

  • Place around 200 cold outbound calls per day to prospects in specific UK industries and verticals.
  • Generate leads through outbound email, social media outreach, and cold calling.
  • Qualify prospects by assessing needs, decision-making authority, and buying potential.
  • Nurture leads through regular follow-up and ongoing relationship building.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach and activity in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align on target markets, messaging, and qualification criteria.
  • Conduct market research to identify new markets, verticals, and outreach opportunities.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and appointments booked.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales development, lead generation, or telemarketing role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to handle objections.
  • Experience with cold calling techniques and consultative selling.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot and lead generation tools.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting platforms is a plus.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills to manage high call volumes and follow-up tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to move leads forward in the sales pipeline.
  • Must have a minimum 40 MB broadband line.
  • Must have your own PC or laptop and headset.
