Description

  • Place around 200 cold outbound calls per day to target UK industries and verticals.
  • Generate new leads through outbound email, social media outreach, and cold calling.
  • Qualify prospects based on needs, decision-making authority, and buying potential.
  • Nurture leads through consistent follow-up and relationship building.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of activities and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on target market strategy, messaging, and qualification processes.
  • Conduct market research to identify new markets, verticals, and outreach opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and appointments booked.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or telemarketing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to handle objections.
  • Experience with cold calling techniques and consultative selling.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting platforms is a plus.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills for handling high call volumes and follow-up tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a results-driven environment.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability to move leads forward in the sales pipeline.
  • Must have a minimum 40 MB broadband connection.
  • Must have your own PC/laptop and headset.
