Description

  • Launch retargeting programmes across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including pixel setup, audience architecture, funnel segmentation, and creative strategy.
  • Build and manage prospecting campaigns across paid social and community channels such as Reddit and Quora.
  • Own paid media acquisition for Parcelhero Pro’s SaaS subscription plans and drive qualified business leads.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to align paid lead quality with pipeline outcomes.
  • Develop working knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to support monitoring and cover when needed.
  • Use GA4 daily to monitor campaign performance, track conversion events, and identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Contribute to conversion tracking setup for new campaigns and channels.
  • Build and maintain paid media dashboards in Looker or Power BI and report on channel performance, CAC, and ROAS.
  • Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages, and apply learnings systematically.
  • Brief the design team on ad creative requirements and provide data-informed feedback on performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience with ownership of campaigns across at least two channels beyond Google Search.
  • Proven experience building and running paid social campaigns on Meta Ads with measurable performance outcomes.
  • TikTok or LinkedIn experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience setting up and managing retargeting programmes, including audience segmentation and creative sequencing.
  • Solid GA4 knowledge, including event tracking, conversion reporting, and diagnosing performance issues.
  • Comfort with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau for reporting and data visualisation.
  • A hands-on approach with the ability to build, launch, and optimise campaigns independently.
  • Strong analytical instincts and the ability to explain spend decisions using commercial rationale.
  • Active use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini in day-to-day work.
  • Based in the UK and able to work fully remote.
  • Experience running B2B paid campaigns on LinkedIn for SMEs, e-commerce businesses, or similar audiences is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Reddit Ads, Quora Ads, or other community platform advertising is desirable.
  • Experience in e-commerce, logistics, SaaS, or a marketplace/price comparison environment is desirable.
  • Operational exposure to Google Ads or Microsoft Ads is desirable.
  • Experience working in a small, remote-first team without agency support is desirable.

Benefits

  • Salary of £45,000 to £60,000 per year.
  • Fully remote work, with the requirement to be based in the UK.
