Description

  • Own end-to-end UX for supplier admin workflow setup and integrations within order management.
  • Define reusable design systems and documented patterns for rules, integration states, and workflow configuration.
  • Lead discovery in ambiguous problem areas such as routing, triage strategy, ERP integration capabilities, and adoption success metrics.
  • Turn exploratory design methods into repeatable practices other teams can adopt.
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, product managers, designers, and engineers to shape product strategy.
  • Facilitate workshops, journey mapping, and prototyping to align stakeholders and clarify the problem space.
  • Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback and validation testing.
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure accurate, high-quality implementation.
  • Raise the bar through critique, pattern stewardship, and mentorship across shared surfaces.
  • Support a growth-oriented design culture by sharing and receiving feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience spanning the full human-centered design lifecycle, from discovery through high-fidelity design and implementation for complex B2B products.
  • Experience designing workflow management, CRM, or data-centric products with rules, automations, or integrations.
  • Ability to read and understand API design and translate it into UX implications.
  • Experience leading rapid prototyping to de-risk complex initiatives and build alignment.
  • Strong ability to collaborate strategically and inclusively across teams and at the leadership level.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing startup environments.
  • Experience contributing to and working with a mature design system supporting many delivery teams.
  • Curiosity and willingness to adopt changing tools, including Figma, Notion, Claude, Cursor, and emerging AI tools.
  • Experience using qualitative and quantitative methods to measure solution success.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no employer visa sponsorship is available.
