Description

Own end-to-end UX strategy, including personas, journey maps, information architecture, and navigation.
Lead user research through interviews, usability testing, and workflow analysis.
Translate research into user flows, task flows, interaction models, wireframes, and prototypes.
Design dashboards, score reports, configuration screens, onboarding, and in-product guidance.
Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library.
Create high-fidelity, accessible, responsive visual designs compliant with WCAG standards.
Design print and PDF layouts for reports and assessment materials.
Partner with Engineering on specifications, handoff, and design QA.
Define and track UX success metrics to inform product improvements.
Support and expand the Reach experience and design system after launch.

Requirements

4–7 years of product, UX, or UI design experience with depth in UX and visual/interaction design.
Experience as a founding or lead designer on a 0-to-1 or greenfield product.
Strong UX research skills, including interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
Experience creating and maintaining a design system or component library from scratch.
Proficiency in Figma or comparable tools for flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
Experience designing multi-role platforms and complex, data-heavy interfaces.
Working knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and responsive design.
Ability to work effectively with ambiguity and limited existing structure.
Experience in K-12 education, assessment, or clinical/behavioral health products preferred.
Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows, HTML/CSS, React/Next.js, or design mentorship preferred.
Remote work availability, occasional travel, and ability to sit or stand for extended periods.

Salary range of $90,000–$120,000 USD.
