Description

  • Partner with engineering, product, data, commercial, and other cross-functional teams to improve customer experiences.
  • Conduct user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and other qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Analyze customer data, user journeys, and behavioral patterns to identify pain points and product opportunities.
  • Translate research findings into product requirements, interaction designs, and visual system specifications.
  • Design interactive tables, charts, graphs, dashboards, and other data visualizations for analytical and operational workflows.
  • Develop data products that help sales representatives identify relevant healthcare providers, prioritize outreach, and meet sales goals.
  • Provide data-driven insights into hospital catchment zones and health systems to support resource deployment.
  • Design B2B SaaS products for medical device organizations operating with sensitive data and complex healthcare workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the offered role or a related occupation.
  • 3 years of experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • 4 years of experience collaborating with engineering, product management, data, and commercial teams in an agile or iterative environment.
  • 3 years of experience designing data-driven user experiences for B2B SaaS and workflow-based enterprise applications.
  • 3 years of experience creating interactive data visualizations, including tables, charts, graphs, and dashboards.
  • 3 years of experience using customer and platform data for UX and product design decisions, including journey mapping and behavioral analysis.
  • 3 years of experience translating research into engineering-ready product design specifications.
  • 2 years of experience designing software for sensitive data in highly regulated industries.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Benefits

  • Annual salary of $161,803–$198,000.
  • Full-time telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the U.S.
  • Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., 40 hours per week.
