Description

  • Develop and execute email campaign strategies aligned to acquisition and expansion goals.
  • Build, optimize, and maintain nurture programs tailored to funnel stage, persona, and behavioral signals.
  • Build, QA, and deploy emails in HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform.
  • Plan and run A/B tests on subject lines, content, calls to action, and send timing to improve performance.
  • Ensure email programs comply with regulations and best practices such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing operations, growth, product marketing, and sales teams on templates, workflows, and coordinated go-to-market efforts.
  • Manage webinar logistics including registration setup, platform configuration, live moderation support, and troubleshooting.
  • Own post-webinar follow-up, lead handoff, and on-demand content strategies to extend webinar impact.
  • Partner with SDRs to support outbound cadence creation, lead follow-up sequences, and audience segmentation.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign and webinar performance metrics, and document processes and best practices.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B email or lifecycle marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or education technology.
  • Proven success building and optimizing nurture programs that drive engagement and pipeline.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and guide iteration.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills across different audiences and funnel stages.
  • Strong understanding of email deliverability, compliance, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • A collaborative, proactive working style and comfort partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • A test-and-learn mindset with attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo, and sales outreach platforms such as Gong Engage or Outreach.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms such as Bizzabo, Zoom, Hopin, or ON24.
