Description

  • Manage a sales territory and assigned quota across school districts serving 20,000 or more students.
  • Develop and execute an account-based selling approach for the Enterprise segment.
  • Maintain a portfolio of Panorama’s largest accounts for annual renewal and targeted cross-sell efforts.
  • Present Panorama’s solutions to strategic leaders in person and virtually, including at conferences and district meetings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with district and state education administrators across the country.
  • Collaborate with revenue, Technology, and Customer Experience teams to create tailored sales strategies and scopes of work.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Panorama’s education technology solutions and services to communicate their value to clients.
  • Maintain an organized sales and relationship pipeline with timely follow-up and clear progress tracking.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements.
  • Support the movement of key relationships and opportunities through the full sales process.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in a closing role in Enterprise Sales, with education and full-funnel experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue goals through Enterprise deals.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
  • Experience leading effective presentations to strategic educational leaders virtually and in person.
  • Experience preparing client-facing materials such as proposals and email communications.
  • Experience supporting existing accounts with a consultative approach.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing timelines.
  • Bonus: experience in district or state K-12 leadership and a strong understanding of educator challenges.
  • Bonus: existing relationships with educational leaders and buyers.
  • Ability to meet with K-12 education leaders, represent Panorama at conferences, and present at district meetings.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $135,000 to $165,000.
  • Variable compensation target of $150,000.
  • On-target earnings range of $287,500 to $347,500.
