Description

  • Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by generating new business and expansion opportunities.
  • Develop and execute territory plans for strategic accounts.
  • Engage with executives and other stakeholders at multiple levels to secure resources and progress opportunities.
  • Develop strong knowledge of Panopto’s technology platform and run product demos aligned to customer outcomes.
  • Identify customer challenges and position Panopto’s solution to address them.
  • Build and maintain productive customer relationships and negotiate effectively across organizations.
  • Partner with the Account Management team to drive customer satisfaction, adoption, upsell, and expansion into new departments.

Requirements

  • Experience in consultative sales with a track record of success.
  • Background in driving new business across education and/or enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to manage and grow a sales portfolio independently.
  • Ability to learn and present a complex technology platform effectively.
  • Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders and strategic accounts.
  • Strong business judgment, creativity, and resourcefulness.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with account management or similar teams.
  • Remote work eligibility in the U.S.; candidates should be able to work remotely and, for hybrid roles, make regular trips to the Pittsburgh office.
  • Preferred: candidates with up to 13 years of account executive experience are represented on the current team.

  • Base salary of $70,000–$80,000 per year.
