Description

  • Review, redline, and negotiate customer, vendor, and partner agreements.
  • Own the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including NDAs and commercial customer and vendor agreements.
  • Manage the legal department intake queue in Salesforce and perform initial triage and assessment of inquiries.
  • Improve contract management and automation workflows to reduce manual administrative work.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Executive leadership, and Information Security to secure required approvals.
  • Audit the legal case queue and contract data to identify bottlenecks in sales cycles.
  • Achieve autonomy over intake, triage, and standard redlining of routine agreements.
  • Implement playbooks and workflow improvements to reduce contract-to-close cycle times.
  • Transition routine contract reviews away from executive leadership to the broader team.
  • Build a scalable, automated commercial contract framework that supports global expansion.

Requirements

  • Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial legal agreements, such as customer software agreements, vendor contracts, and partner frameworks.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms.
  • Strong commercial judgment, attention to detail, and ability to follow through on projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building collaborative relationships across internal and external teams.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging legal automation tools to reduce standard deal cycle times.
  • Formal legal education such as a J.D., LL.M., or a bachelor’s degree paired with strong corporate paralegal credentials.
  • Ability to work within a corporate environment and balance legal accuracy with business execution.
  • Experience supporting sales cycle efficiency and operational clarity is preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely; this role is eligible for remote work in the US, and international employees may need occasional office visits where applicable.
