Description

  • Own camera supply chain operations from manufacturing partners through customer activation, forecasting demand against the sales pipeline.
  • Manage hardware deployment so devices arrive and go live in alignment with new customer agreements.
  • Build and operate the U.S. camera servicing function, including repairs, replacements, loaners, and uptime standards.
  • Partner with sales on commercial terms, draft and redline contracts, coordinate outside counsel, and drive agreements to signature.
  • Develop contract structures for health systems, provider groups, and independent practices, including pilots designed to convert to committed volume.
  • Secure data rights and data-use terms supporting Optain’s AI roadmap.
  • Build reusable contracting templates, workflows, approval routing, and playbooks.
  • Manage legacy contract obligations and support compliance with existing customer agreements.
  • Create internal policies and SOPs, and automate operational workflows using AI tools to support scalable growth.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in business or operations roles with hands-on ownership of hardware logistics or commercial contract management; experience in both is preferred.
  • Startup experience strongly preferred, particularly in a Series A or B environment.
  • Experience in management consulting or investment banking is a plus.
  • Experience in a regulated industry is strongly preferred; medical device, IVD, or hardware-enabled health technology experience is ideal.
  • Hands-on experience building or automating workflows with AI tools.
  • Systems-thinking approach focused on making processes easier to operate and scale.
  • Exceptional written communication and attention to detail.
  • Strong ownership, proactive communication, and comfort defining processes in an unstructured environment.
