Description

  • Work closely with Data, Product, Engineering, and other teams to improve the Lyra platform for providers and clients.
  • Become an expert in Lyra’s data sources and partner with data engineers to build pipelines that apply clinical logic to raw data.
  • Extract actionable insights and develop predictive and generative models.
  • Implement rigorous evaluation frameworks to support product iterations.
  • Handle time-sensitive ad hoc data requests for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of data analysis experience in an industry setting.
  • Experience in product analytics in the AI/ML space, with prior partnership with engineering and product teams preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across technical, business, and ideally clinical domains.
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods, including experimentation, probability, regression, and hypothesis testing.
  • Experience analyzing irregular data from disparate sources and cleaning messy data before deriving insights.
  • Strong SQL proficiency, including complex queries across multiple schemas and tables; experience creating views preferred.
  • Graduate-level statistics coursework and an MS in a quantitative field preferred (statistics, econometrics, biostatistics, or quantitative social sciences).
  • Interest in public health is a plus.
  • Experience with AI/ML R&D, such as prompt engineering and RAG, is a plus.
  • Experience with Python for data cleaning, analysis, JSON parsing, API calls, user-defined functions, and automation is a plus.
  • Must be physically located within the United States for remote work.
