Description

  • Participate in a 12-week virtual fellowship beginning on 15 September, 2026.
  • Attend live virtual sessions on two weeknights each week.
  • Join optional weekly sessions and office hours throughout the program.
  • Complete instruction and project work at a pace of 5 to 10 hours per week.
  • Learn to deploy Palantir’s software to solve enterprise problems.
  • Engage directly with Palantir engineers and leadership.
  • Work on projects that build practical skills in Foundry and AIP.
  • Prepare for potential interviews with Palantir or partner companies if selected as an exceptional performer.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on work experience.
  • Proficiency with one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar.
  • Technical background preferred in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
  • Formal degree is not required.
  • Self-taught or strong experience with at least one relevant stack is a plus, including Python, C/C++, C#/.NET, Rust, Go, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL, MATLAB, Simulink, R, Julia, Excel + VBA, Arduino/MicroPython, ROS, LabVIEW, Ladder Logic/Structured Text, G-code, PLC/SCADA, Verilog, VHDL, SystemVerilog, or FPGAs.
  • Comfort with Linux shell, Git, and container tools like Docker or WSL is preferred.
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams, CAD drawings, or messy CSV files and think in terms of instrumentation, automation, or optimization.
  • Experience prototyping, testing, iterating, and learning on the fly.
  • Formal study, publications, patents, or open-source contributions in relevant technical areas are valued.
