Description

  • Participate in a 12-week virtual training program with Ontologize focused on Foundry and AIP.
  • Attend live virtual sessions twice each week and optional weekly sessions and office hours.
  • Complete instruction and project work throughout the fellowship, dedicating 5 to 10 hours per week.
  • Explore and build on Palantir’s Artificial Intelligence Platform to solve enterprise problems.
  • Engage directly with Palantir engineers and leadership during the program.
  • Develop practical skills for deploying software in workforce and operational settings.
  • Apply learning to real-world problems through prototyping, testing, iterating, and implementation.
  • Pursue opportunities to interview for full-time roles at Palantir or partner companies if performance is exceptional.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. military veteran; veterans of any branch, MOS, and length of service are encouraged to apply.
  • Applicants who have separated from the military must have an Honorable Discharge.
  • 2+ years of hands-on work experience.
  • Proficiency with one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar.
  • Technical background preferred in fields such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
  • Formal degree is not required.
  • Ideally suited for transitioning military and recently separated individuals, including those within six months of separation.
  • Comfort with or eagerness to learn Linux shell, Git, and container tools like Docker or WSL.
  • Experience with one or more relevant stacks such as SQL, MATLAB, Simulink, R, Julia, Excel + VBA, Arduino/MicroPython, ROS, LabVIEW, PLC/SCADA, Verilog, VHDL, or SystemVerilog is valued.
  • Background in hardware, embedded systems, automation, or physical process optimization is a strong signal.
