Description

  • Lead a designated block of the Fellowship, typically covering two to four modules on entrepreneurial topics.
  • Prepare curriculum content and upload materials to Google Classroom in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate virtual sessions using an experiential, action-oriented approach.
  • Provide 1-on-1 mentorship and coaching to Fellows during scheduled office hours.
  • Give feedback on Fellow deliverables and help them improve their work.
  • Attend program meetings, onboarding, and training activities.
  • Review Fellow profiles and tailor materials to the cohort’s venture stage and needs.
  • Maintain records of mentorship sessions and submit required documentation.
  • Apply the program’s facilitation process, including clear learning outcomes and aligned in-session activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in entrepreneurship, startup development, venture support, social impact, business growth, or a related field.
  • Experience building, scaling, investing in, or supporting ventures as a founder, operator, investor, advisor, mentor, or ecosystem builder.
  • Passion for teaching, coaching, mentoring, and facilitating learning experiences.
  • Belief in practical, experiential learning and comfort creating engaging, action-based learning environments.
  • Experience working with entrepreneurs and people from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and academic backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments.
  • Deep understanding of the founder journey, including resilience, adaptability, and resourcefulness.
  • A growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning, including staying current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong commitment to ethical leadership, social responsibility, and supporting founders and changemakers.
  • Detail-oriented, intentional, results-driven, high-integrity, and systems-minded working style.
  • Ability to make sensitive judgment calls, escalate issues appropriately, and handle confidential information responsibly.

Benefits

  • Competitive contractor compensation of $1,300-$3,000 per block, depending on Fellowship, module count, and scope of engagement.
  • Estimated time commitment of approximately 25-35 hours per assignment.
  • Contractor role with reporting to the Design Team.
  • Location prioritization for candidates in select U.S. states and in China, Finland, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.
  • Onboarding and engagement expected to begin in August 2026.
  • Most Fellowship cohorts conclude in December 2026 or January 2027, with possible extension based on organizational and program needs and performance.
  • Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
