  • Own a portfolio of top-tier strategic accounts and be accountable for retention and growth outcomes.
  • Build and maintain forward-looking account strategies that identify risks and expansion opportunities early.
  • Lead executive conversations with senior stakeholders and clearly articulate business value.
  • Connect product usage to customer outcomes that matter to business leaders.
  • Develop enough product knowledge to be credible with customers and use internal resources to deepen expertise when needed.
  • Use AI-generated signals to prioritize high-impact work and operate effectively within evolving workflows.
  • Drive renewals grounded in business outcomes and customer value.
  • Support expansion through upsell, cross-sell, or adoption-led growth motions.
  • Travel approximately 20% of the time for customer meetings, team gatherings, and company events.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to command trust with senior stakeholders and lead high-stakes conversations with confidence.
  • Track record of connecting product usage to business outcomes and driving retention and expansion.
  • Proven experience owning a B2B SaaS portfolio across a complex set of accounts.
  • Experience building account strategies, managing risk, and delivering retention and growth outcomes.
  • Comfort working in an AI-enabled environment and adapting to evolving tools and processes.
  • Familiarity with ERP, time tracking, workforce management, or similar back-office software is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success driving customer expansion through upsell, cross-sell, or adoption-led growth motions.
  • Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.
  • Remote role based in the USA.
