Description

  • Own and manage a book of service client relationships across law firms, in-house legal teams, and litigation support partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients submitting capture requests and maintain strong client trust through responsive communication and follow-through.
  • Turn vague or incomplete requests into clear capture specifications by asking precise clarifying questions and resolving ambiguity.
  • Prepare accurate scopes, quotes, and work packages using consultative judgment based on the client’s actual needs.
  • Project manage large or multi-phase engagements as the single point of contact across the life of the work.
  • Translate technical capture details into clear client-facing explanations of status, decisions, and next steps.
  • Resolve scope, timing, and technical issues professionally when requirements change during an engagement.
  • Identify opportunities where Page Vault software may be a better fit for a client’s ongoing needs and route qualified opportunities to the software team.
  • Build and improve repeatable processes, including scoping checklists, quote templates, delivery emails, handoff workflows, and status updates.
  • Maintain accurate account, pipeline, and activity records in the CRM and collaborate with internal teams to improve the client experience.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in account management, client services, customer success, project management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience working with legal, SaaS, litigation support, professional services, or other detail-sensitive B2B clients.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate, client-ready emails; writing quality will be evaluated during the hiring process.
  • Demonstrated ability to recognize ambiguity in client requests, ask precise clarifying questions, and resolve uncertainty before proceeding.
  • Strong judgment in scoping, pricing, prioritization, and expectation-setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple urgent client requests at once without losing detail or follow-through.
  • Comfort working with websites, social media platforms, online content, and technical teams.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools.
  • Familiarity with how law firms operate, including the roles of partners, associates, paralegals, and litigation support teams, is a strong bonus.
  • Experience in or exposure to in-house legal environments is beneficial.
