Description

  • Own lead creation, enrichment, routing logic, and SLAs for the SDR team.
  • Operate, monitor, and optimize SDR cadences to improve contact, qualification, and conversion rates.
  • Analyze lead conversion, engagement, and funnel data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Translate SDR activity and productivity into measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Maintain visibility across the lead-to-sales handoff funnel and improve handoff quality.
  • Track SDR touchpoints, activity levels, and time allocation to identify productivity patterns.
  • Establish and maintain KPIs for SDR performance, funnel health, pipeline, and revenue contribution.
  • Deliver regular performance insights and reports to Sales and RevOps leadership.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Systems teams to improve lead flow, data quality, and attribution.
  • Test new processes, tools, workflows, and AI-powered automations to improve efficiency and pipeline generation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting sales teams handling a high volume of leads is a plus.
  • Past consulting or contracting experience for a US-based company, especially a startup, is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and performance metrics.
  • Ability to use data to inform decisions and strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven ability to independently manage projects and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Knowledge of the housing market or shared housing is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and Salesforce.
  • Exposure to AI-powered tools or automation initiatives in sales or operations is a nice to have.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States; PadSplit does not sponsor visas.
