Description

  • Prospect and qualify potential property owners who may be interested in becoming PadSplit Hosts.
  • Conduct outreach through cold calling, emailing, and networking to connect with traditional property owners.
  • Run discovery calls and meetings to understand owners’ needs, goals, and concerns.
  • Present PadSplit’s value proposition, including increased revenue potential, simplified management, and social impact.
  • Build trust-based relationships with property owners and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
  • Customize hosting solutions using financial modeling, property suitability, and compliance considerations.
  • Negotiate terms and close agreements to onboard new PadSplit Hosts.
  • Coordinate with onboarding and other internal teams to ensure a smooth transition for new Hosts.
  • Maintain CRM records and track outreach activity, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
  • Monitor real estate market trends, competitive dynamics, and legislative changes to refine outreach efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven success in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in real estate or property management, with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to overcome objections, solve problems, and tailor solutions to individual property owners.
  • Familiarity with real estate investing, rental markets, and property management is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, including Salesforce and HubSpot, plus sales enablement and virtual communication tools.
  • Strong presentation skills for virtual meetings, calls, and live presentations.
  • Ability to interpret market data, calculate ROI, and present financial benefits to prospects.
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams such as marketing and onboarding.
  • Resilience, resourcefulness, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Authorized to work in the United States and able to complete the I-9 and E-Verify process.
