Description

  • Lead operational and workflow discovery with enterprise customers.
  • Design current-state and future-state workflows and configure PackageX solutions.
  • Develop target accounts and own opportunities from discovery through pilot, commercial close, and implementation transition.
  • Build, test, troubleshoot, and technically validate workflows, rules, forms, automations, integrations, and solution components.
  • Translate technical solutions into operational outcomes and business value.
  • Manage customer relationships and engage operational, technical, and executive stakeholders.
  • Travel to customer sites for workflow mapping, walkthroughs, pilots, executive readouts, and go-live activities.
  • Document requirements, assumptions, dependencies, configuration logic, and implementation decisions.
  • Build repeatable workflow playbooks by industry and use case.
  • Identify and manage relationships with technology partners.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in forward-deployed engineering, solutions engineering, technical sales, solutions architecture, or technology consulting.
  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers and owning substantive customer relationships.
  • Experience configuring or implementing enterprise software from sales discovery through solution design and go-live.
  • Strong commercial aptitude, including qualification, executive engagement, opportunity progression, and closing.
  • Ability to connect technical solutions to operational outcomes and business value.
  • Strong understanding of workflows, systems, data flows, integrations, and implementation dependencies.
  • Comfort with APIs, integrations, configuration logic, and technical documentation.
  • Strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders.
  • U.S.-based availability, with willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, or retail operations is preferred.
  • Experience with WMS, TMS, ERP, NetSuite, AS400, SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, or Blue Yonder is preferred.
  • Experience with AI, computer vision, workflow automation, robotics, IoT, or physical AI is preferred.

  • $150,000–$175,000 target base salary.
  • $200,000–$250,000 expected total compensation (OTE).
