Description

  • Participate in client meetings to understand data requirements and recommend solutions that fit business use cases.
  • Own the technical relationship with the company’s largest and most strategic prospective clients.
  • Design workflows to integrate Oxylabs solutions into client systems.
  • Lead requirements discovery, solution presentations, proof-of-concept builds, and client workshops.
  • Engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to demonstrate potential solutions.
  • Use web scraping, data structure, and anti-bot bypass knowledge to support and guide clients.
  • Respond to advanced product and technical questions, RFPs, and security questionnaires.
  • Provide technical guidance during customer onboarding to help customers adopt Oxylabs successfully.
  • Document technical considerations and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management on customer engagements and provide technical support.
  • Curate product feedback for Product and Engineering teams and help refine offerings.
  • Train the sales team on product details, upcoming releases, competitive analysis, and customer environment insights.

Requirements

  • Strong networking foundation, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS/MTLS, proxies, load balancing, NAT, and VPN.
  • Strong data background, including APIs, data pipelines, quality validation, normalization, and monitoring for data flows.
  • Familiarity with digital-native architectures such as APIs, microservices, and event-driven patterns.
  • Hands-on debugging experience across multiple layers of the stack.
  • Practical experience with at least one global cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and one China cloud such as Alibaba, Tencent, Huawei, or Byteplus.
  • Experience with web data acquisition at scale, including session management, fingerprinting, CAPTCHA strategies, rotation policies, and IP reputation management.
  • Understanding of residential, mobile, and datacenter IP sourcing in China and related compliance constraints.
  • Ability to troubleshoot target-site variability and optimize success rates.
  • Ability to isolate GFW issues versus target-site WAF issues versus ISP congestion.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and telemetry stacks such as Prometheus/Grafana, ELK, or OpenTelemetry.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and meeting facilitation skills in English and Mandarin Chinese.
  • Eligible to travel to Europe, Mainland China, and the APAC region.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with technical stakeholders such as product owners, software engineers, and CTOs.
  • Strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of troubleshooting client problems and solving them.
  • Nice to have: Kubernetes/container experience, Terraform, and CI/CD basics for infrastructure and application rollouts.
  • Nice to have: Scripting experience for integrations and tooling with Python, Go, or JavaScript.
  • Nice to have: Certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, Alibaba/AWS/Azure Associate or Professional, CKA/CKAD, CISSP, or CCSP.
  • Nice to have: Domain exposure in AI, e-commerce, fintech, adtech, travel, or marketplace data in China.
