Description

  • Participate in prospective and existing client meetings to understand data requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Own the technical relationship with the company’s most strategic and largest prospective clients.
  • Design workflows that integrate Oxylabs solutions into client systems.
  • Lead requirements discovery sessions, solution presentations, proof-of-concept builds, and client workshops.
  • Engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to demonstrate potential solutions effectively.
  • Apply knowledge of web scraping, data structures, and anti-bot bypass techniques to support clients.
  • Provide technical guidance to help customers onboard quickly and successfully.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to support engagements with prospective and existing customers.
  • Curate structured product feedback for Product and Engineering teams.
  • Educate the sales team on product details, upcoming releases, competitive analysis, and customer environment insights.

Requirements

  • Strong networking foundation, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS/MTLS, proxies (HTTP/SOCKS), load balancing, NAT, and VPN.
  • Strong data background with APIs, data pipelines, quality/validation, normalization, and monitoring for data flows.
  • Familiarity with digital-native architectures, including APIs, microservices, and event-driven patterns.
  • Hands-on debugging experience across multiple layers.
  • Practical experience with at least one global cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Practical experience with at least one China cloud platform such as Alibaba, Tencent, Huawei, or Byteplus.
  • Experience designing and delivering proof of concepts, including scoping, instrumentation, measurable outcomes, and handover.
  • Proven experience operating within China’s internet environment and Great Firewall constraints.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and meeting facilitation skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
  • Eligibility and willingness to travel to Europe, Mainland China, and the APAC region.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with technical stakeholders such as product owners, software engineers, and CTOs.
