Description

  • Partner with CX and GTM leadership to understand business needs and shape people operations strategies that improve organizational effectiveness and support growth.
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition to attract, hire, and retain top talent at an accelerated pace.
  • Design and implement training programs and career development initiatives that support employee success and advancement.
  • Provide performance management guidance to leaders and help foster a culture of accountability and recognition.
  • Champion culture and engagement initiatives that reinforce company values and improve the employee experience.
  • Gather, analyze, and act on employee feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Use people operations metrics and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure people practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements across a global workforce.
  • Develop policies that support the business while meeting country-specific needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders, functioning with a Chief of Staff-like level of ownership for the business group.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations with a focus on business partnership, ideally supporting CX and GTM functions.
  • Experience in a startup environment and supporting a global workforce is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and implementing strategies that improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. and LATAM employment legislation, especially Mexico and Colombia.
  • Spanish fluency is a strong plus.
  • Background in organizational development, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with HR tech stacks, preferably Rippling HRIS and Lattice.
  • Ability to interpret data and turn metrics into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
