Description

  • Research, design, and implement scalable people policies, systems, processes, and resources.
  • Anticipate workforce and operational needs associated with organizational growth.
  • Lead initiatives including professional development planning, management training, and workplace culture resources.
  • Develop a high-quality contractor engagement and support experience.
  • Create project plans, timelines, milestones, and cross-functional implementation processes.
  • Design polished guides, playbooks, presentations, and other resources using Canva or similar tools.
  • Plan and execute All Team Meetings, Town Halls, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with organizational leaders to address operational challenges and implement solutions.
  • Support special projects including candidate sourcing, application evaluation, exploratory calls, and interviews.

Requirements

  • Experience building, implementing, testing, and improving systems and processes.
  • Exceptional visual design skills and proficiency with Canva or similar graphic design platforms.
  • Strong project management, organizational, planning, and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including rapid follow-up and email management.
  • Ability to research unfamiliar challenges, evaluate best practices, and develop practical solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail, including editing, formatting, consistency, and quality control.
  • Results-driven, resourceful, systems-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects and disciplines.
  • High integrity and sound judgment when handling sensitive information and organizational decisions.
  • Ability to communicate directly, raise concerns constructively, and commit to decisions after discussion.
  • Passion for Watson Institute’s mission and experience designing engaging presentations or team sessions.

  • $80,000–$90,000 competitive base salary, based on experience.
