  • Contact new Facebook leads within 2 to 5 minutes of submission.
  • Engage homeowners and property managers to understand project needs and scope.
  • Explain services clearly and confidently to prospective clients.
  • Qualify leads based on job size, location, timeline, and budget when possible.
  • Close smaller jobs such as sealcoating and crack filling over the phone.
  • Build trust with larger paving prospects and schedule in-person estimates.
  • Communicate the company’s quality, professionalism, value, and financing options.
  • Schedule appointments using the shared calendar.
  • Follow up on missed calls with text messages and additional phone calls.
  • Maintain detailed, organized lead notes in the CRM or tracking system.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound B2B sales and lead qualification with a track record of converting prospects into qualified conversations or appointments.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills at a C1 level with a clear USA-style accent.
  • Experience using lead-qualification and objection-handling processes in outbound sales conversations.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Google Calendar for scheduling and booking conversations.
  • Ability to professionally present services and handle objections with homeowners and property managers.
  • Home-office setup with reliable high-speed internet, headset, quiet workspace, and backup internet provider.
  • Experience working with US-based clients preferred.
  • Experience in home services such as roofing, paving, or landscaping preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to respond quickly and proactively in fast-paced sales settings preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and reliability in managing multiple leads preferred.
