Description

  • Experiment with, design, implement, and improve machine learning systems.
  • Contribute to machine learning applications end to end, from research and prototyping through production deployment.
  • Work with product managers, designers, and customers to define product vision and strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and application engineers to deliver the team’s mission.
  • Help reconstruct customer engagement workflows from data and develop metrics to measure workflow success and efficiency.
  • Build tools that support optimization of customer engagement workflows.
  • Use data and experimentation to support predictive analytics, causal inference, and product improvement efforts.
  • Help deliver new customer-facing features and products alongside experienced engineers and product teams.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of industry experience or equivalent in a Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • Strong background in statistics and machine learning with practical experience applying it to real-world problems.
  • Experience experimenting with and developing GenAI-based applications.
  • Experience with LangChain or LangGraph is a plus.
  • Strong programming skills in at least one object-oriented language such as Java, Scala, C++, Python, or Golang.
  • Knowledge of microservices and API development.
  • Experience with distributed data processing frameworks such as Spark.
  • Experience with Spark MLlib, AWS, Databricks, or MLflow is a plus.
  • Hands-on mindset with the ability to quickly learn new tools and languages.
  • Ability to work alongside experienced engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver customer-facing products.
