Description

  • Provide post-production support and enhancement services to enterprise and growth-stage clients.
  • Manage client relationships and resolve support requests to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Configure, set up, and administer Coupa for clients to maintain system performance and efficiency.
  • Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects, and new functionality based on business needs.
  • Create dashboards, saved searches, and custom workflows.
  • Manage users, roles and permissions, KPIs/metrics, custom reports, and custom fields.
  • Serve as a Coupa subject matter expert and support integrations with other applications.
  • Deliver client trainings on Coupa modules when needed.
  • Communicate project updates, configuration recommendations, and Coupa best practices to clients.
  • Contribute to firm-approved AI-enabled solutions and collaborate on compliant uses of AI tools.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of consulting and/or relevant industry experience.
  • Functional/technical experience with implementation or integration of at least one financial system module such as Coupa, Workday, SAP, NetSuite, or Ariba.
  • Strong business acumen and functional understanding of core accounting processes.
  • Knowledge of organizational structure, GL, departments, classes, legal entities/subsidiaries, order to cash, procure to pay, and record to report.
  • Ability to prioritize requests by urgency, scope, complexity, and team availability.
  • Comfort exploring and adopting firm-approved AI tools responsibly.
  • Open to learning and applying emerging technologies, including AI and automation.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate end-to-end solutions to technical teams and bridge business and technical requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a similar discipline.
  • Coupa certification preferred.
