Description

  • Own and evolve the marketing technology stack, including day-to-day system management and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure accurate data flow between marketing platforms and connected systems.
  • Drive continuous optimization of tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, LeanData, and Tableau.
  • Own marketing data strategy, including collection, segmentation, governance, and analysis.
  • Lead integration between marketing technology and adjacent systems across the go-to-market organization.
  • Implement, oversee, and scale marketing campaigns to improve lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, growth, and digital marketing teams on data-driven campaigns.
  • Define and maintain processes for lead flow, lead routing, scoring, lifecycle stages, attribution, and reporting.
  • Establish reporting mechanisms to measure campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain documentation such as project plans, timelines, and status reports.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Marketing Management with a strong focus on MarTech strategy and management.
  • Experience with enterprise marketing technology stacks such as Marketo, Salesforce, LeanData, 6sense, and Tableau.
  • Marketo ACE-MEBP certification is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of making data-informed decisions and driving business outcomes.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
  • Experience working remotely within the United States.
