Description

  • Fully manage account operations for large, complex global clients.
  • Identify, nurture, and close new and incremental business opportunities with enterprise-level global accounts.
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new strategic clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers across multiple countries.
  • Lead high-stakes negotiations with C-level executives, procurement, and legal teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to support delivery and account strategy.
  • Understand partner landscapes and develop strategies for navigating multinational partnerships.
  • Track competitive activity across countries and regions and adjust sales strategy accordingly.
  • Research clients, competitors, and market trends to inform account planning and sales execution.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for sales activity, client interactions, forecasts, and pipeline data.
  • Travel internationally as required.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic enterprise sales.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience selling complex solutions to large, multinational clients.
  • Experience managing global accounts across multiple entities, countries, and languages.
  • Experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments is preferred.
  • Finance or Telco vertical experience is a plus.
  • Strong familiarity with sales automation and CRM systems, especially Outreach.io and Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to influence decision-makers at all organizational levels in multicultural environments.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, results-driven environments with a high level of accountability.
  • Strong integrity, business acumen, and financial insight to demonstrate ROI and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with Slack, Microsoft Office or Google Suite, Zoom, and Webex.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport in both in-person and virtual settings.
  • Previous expatriate experience is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a significant advantage.
