Description

  • Own a portfolio of customers and help them achieve measurable business outcomes.
  • Drive adoption of core platform capabilities, with a strong emphasis on AI-powered features.
  • Lead executive business reviews focused on ROI, productivity gains, and revenue impact.
  • Educate customers on AI capabilities such as automation, predictive insights, and personalization.
  • Partner with customers to embed AI into sales, customer success, and RevOps workflows.
  • Identify expansion opportunities through AI-driven use cases and customer insights.
  • Monitor health scores, usage trends, and engagement signals to proactively address risk.
  • Own renewal strategy and mitigate churn and contraction risk.
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps on account strategy and expansion planning.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Professional Services on customer needs, onboarding, and implementation support.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting.
  • SaaS experience is preferred.
  • Experience managing and growing a book of 20-40 clients.
  • Proven ability to drive adoption of tools and influence customers.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and take action.
  • Proven track record of driving renewals, expansion, and customer outcomes.
  • Experience working with AI/ML-powered products or automation tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with predictive analytics, generative AI, or workflow automation is preferred.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Gainsight, or Outreach is preferred.
  • Ability to translate AI capabilities into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
