Description

  • Act as a strategic partner to clients throughout their digital transformation journey.
  • Represent the client’s interests and voice internally across Viseven teams.
  • Advise clients on the full portfolio of Viseven products and services.
  • Coordinate portfolio initiatives with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Maintain daily communication and alignment among all stakeholders.
  • Support platform implementation, onboarding, and post-implementation adoption.
  • Identify new growth opportunities by analyzing client gaps and pain points.
  • Support the sales team in developing qualified opportunities.
  • Run regular status reviews, assess performance against agreed KPIs, and share feedback.
  • Collaborate with delivery, product, support, and account management teams to ensure a consistent client experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success, Project Management, or Account Management, preferably in B2B SaaS or digital services.
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to work at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Ability to manage projects effectively with a focus on results and cross-functional coordination.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and digital transformation trends is an advantage.
  • Ability to work with data and KPIs, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
  • Able to adapt and stay effective in changing conditions.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically.
  • A team player who can collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Confident in giving and receiving feedback.
