Description

  • Own the post-sale customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal.
  • Lead customer onboarding and support customers in adopting the platform successfully.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across compliance, security, risk, and IT.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular reviews and success planning.
  • Drive customer retention and renewals by monitoring account health and mitigating risk.
  • Identify and support account expansion opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Capture customer feedback and represent the voice of the customer internally.
  • Track key customer success metrics and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Professional fluency in both German and English.
  • Confidence engaging customers across German-speaking markets.
  • Strong customer-first mindset focused on delivering measurable value and long-term outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
  • Comfort working with SaaS platforms and CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Gainsight.
  • Collaborative approach with experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams.
  • Knowledge or experience within compliance, information security, ISO 27001, GRC, or GDPR is advantageous.
