Description

  • Manage strategic partnerships with assigned hospital and health system accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers and help them achieve agreed operational priorities through the company’s solutions.
  • Drive product utilization, customer adoption, and realization of return on investment.
  • Maintain strong customer engagement and support customer NPS scores.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the company’s products, services, industry trends, and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver solution-focused presentations and territory-specific strategic plans.
  • Reduce customer churn for organizations and products.
  • Support revenue expansion and improvement of bookings metrics.
  • Perform additional duties as determined by Customer Success leadership.

Requirements

  • Prior healthcare sales or account management experience.
  • Exposure to healthcare organizations is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Strong relationship-building, teamwork, and collaboration abilities.
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills and a high sense of urgency.
  • Post-secondary education is required.
  • Experience with EHR systems is a definite asset.
  • Clinical background or experience is an added bonus.
  • Willingness to travel to the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office for required remote-role events.
