Description

  • Build strong relationships with senior HR and learning stakeholders at Enterprise client accounts.
  • Support clients in shaping and executing their digital training and learning transformation strategy.
  • Coordinate internal 360Learning resources, including technical and pedagogical teams, to help clients succeed.
  • Drive product usage, adoption, and business impact across your portfolio of large accounts.
  • Manage renewal outcomes by ensuring client satisfaction and contract continuity.
  • Define learning transformation roadmaps, implementation plans, and retro-planning with clients.
  • Identify, document, and develop customer use cases and best practices.
  • Work with Account Managers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Detect at-risk customers and implement remedial actions to reduce churn.
  • Develop trust with client top management and act as a facilitator across complex enterprise accounts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Client Success Manager or in HR, Learning, Change Management Consulting, or Digital Learning Management.
  • Ability to lead complex, high-impact projects in Enterprise accounts with more than 2,000 employees.
  • Proven knowledge of the SaaS B2B industry is a plus.
  • Strong interest in the digital industry, education, and e-learning.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Native French language proficiency.
  • Excellent English proficiency at B2 level or above.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and influence senior stakeholders.
