Description

  • Manage access requests, provisioning, and deprovisioning for approved AI tools used by employees and contractors.
  • Administer AI productivity tools through Google Groups, vendor admin consoles, and SCIM where available.
  • Set up and maintain pilot programs, including onboarding materials, Slack channels, support escalation paths, and participant rosters.
  • Coordinate with Workplace Technology and vendors to ensure SSO/SCIM readiness and configure app integrations such as Slack, Jira, and Figma.
  • Maintain least-privilege access controls and governance processes aligned with policy requirements.
  • Review seat utilization and reclaim licenses for capacity-constrained tools.
  • Create and maintain internal documentation, including access guides, FAQs, and SOPs.
  • Publish periodic updates on access volume, pilot participation, and operational status.

Requirements

  • Proven experience administering SaaS tools, including user provisioning/deprovisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and license management.
  • Experience with Google Workspace admin or similar administration platforms is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience creating clear SOPs, onboarding guides, and documentation.
  • Understanding of SSO, SCIM, and API integrations, including basic troubleshooting of access and configuration issues.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively between technical teams and business users and translate technical requirements into clear instructions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a rapidly evolving tool stack.
  • Prior exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Glean, or similar is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work a 6-month fixed-term role.
  • Remote US availability, with a slight preference for candidates based in San Francisco or New York City.
  • Candidates must not reside in Alaska, Delaware, Iowa, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota, West Virginia, or Wisconsin.
