Description

  • Lead the implementation and lifecycle management of infrastructure projects such as IDP, MDM, and ITAM from conception through completion.
  • Serve as a senior technical escalation point and mentor junior IT staff.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions for SharePoint Online to support Finance and Legal data-governance needs and audit readiness.
  • Own and implement infrastructure solutions that scale during expansion, M&A activity, and offshore onboarding.
  • Partner with Information Security and IT teams to remediate vulnerabilities and security findings within SOC2 and ISO frameworks.
  • Support the development and testing of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Establish and maintain configuration baselines for managed workstations to prevent configuration drift.
  • Provide Level 2+ support for complex hardware and software issues across a global remote workforce.
  • Design and maintain monitoring and observability frameworks for global system health.
  • Work within ITIL change, incident, and request management processes while documenting systems, decisions, and workflows in the knowledge base.
  • Leverage AI tools to validate scripts, synthesize technical data, and create SOPs.
  • Manage cloud application environments including Google Workspace, GCP, EDR, and CRM solutions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure engineering in a high-growth environment.
  • Proven experience leading high-stakes IT infrastructure projects from initiation through delivery and documentation.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification is required.
  • Expert-level proficiency in PowerShell and Python for automation and system integration.
  • Strong experience with Google Workspace, Azure, MDM platforms, SharePoint, and other endpoint/cloud management tools.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI platforms such as Gemini and Claude AI for troubleshooting, automation, and documentation.
  • Experience supporting a global, asynchronous workforce across multiple time zones.
  • Project management certification or experience is a plus.
  • Experience contributing to 1–3 year IT infrastructure roadmaps is a plus.
  • Familiarity with IT budgeting, OpEx/CapEx forecasting, and SaaS spend optimization is a plus.
  • Experience leading technical readiness for SOC2 or ISO audits is a plus.
  • Experience presenting technical updates and risks to non-technical executive stakeholders is a plus.
  • Must be able to start by mid-June.
  • No sponsorship is available for this role.
  • Seattle-area candidates are prioritized for in-office IT support.

  • Starting base salary of $76,000–$95,000 per year.
