Description

  • Establish governance, processes, and collaboration frameworks across Renewals, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal.
  • Create engagement processes, playbooks, workflows, and training programs to support operational excellence.
  • Lead the team to achieve account growth quotas across renewals and expansion.
  • Own forecasting accuracy for pipeline and bookings together with sales counterparts.
  • Develop win-back plays for enterprise accounts.
  • Provide structured insights on customer and market trends within the enterprise segment.
  • Communicate renewal strategy and performance updates to executive leadership.
  • Shape policies and frameworks for renewal governance, pricing, renewals strategy, and compliance across regions.
  • Engage directly with customer C-suite executives.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading Renewals, Sales, or Customer Success teams.
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales leadership with a focus on renewals and customer lifecycle management.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Expertise in negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
  • Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models preferred.
