Description

  • Build and own a live dataset of blocked and declined integrations sourced from Salesforce deal data.
  • Classify each integration by what it would take to unlock it and maintain the classification log.
  • Establish baseline success metrics, including recovered revenue, expansion pipeline, win rate on previously declined integrations, and time from customer ask to working prototype.
  • Create recurring leadership readouts based on team performance and integration outcomes.
  • Draft and roll out a customer discovery-question playbook for the Solutions Engineering team.
  • Document a recent customer build as an onboarding case study.
  • Turn the integration-classification framework into a one-page decision guide with worked examples.
  • Support GTM operations between Solutions Engineering, sales, and product by tracking expansion opportunities and product signals through to pipeline or roadmap.
  • Use AI tools daily to analyze deal data, draft artifacts, and support data wrangling while maintaining accuracy and judgment.

Requirements

  • Current MBA student.
  • Comfortable building a metrics baseline from CRM and deal data.
  • Able to defend and explain analytical numbers clearly and credibly.
  • Strong written communication skills for turning operational detail into concise one-page artifacts.
  • AI-curious and eager to make AI tools part of daily work.
  • No engineering background required.
  • Available for a part-time 20 hours/week internship over 8 weeks in Summer 2026.
  • Paid Claude account and willingness to work in an AI-native workflow.
