Description

  • Assist in developing B2B sales enablement materials such as collateral, flyers, walkthroughs, demos, and product videos.
  • Support sales efforts by creating tailored materials, demos, and training sessions.
  • Build targeted training and onboarding programs to drive platform adoption.
  • Create and lead webinars for Lucie and Trove, including content development and live facilitation.
  • Compile, organize, and maintain carrier training resources for internal and external use.
  • Manage webinar logistics, including scheduling, platform setup, registration, follow-up, and post-session coordination.
  • Use interactive methods such as Q&A, polling, scenario-based learning, and live demonstrations to increase participant engagement.
  • Track webinar performance metrics and share insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align training and enablement efforts with brand and campaign strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in training, sales enablement, learning and development, or a related role.
  • Experience developing training materials, sales collateral, and multimedia content, including demos and video.
  • Familiarity with ACA Marketplace, CMS regulations, and supplemental products.
  • Experience leading webinars, presentations, and training material creation.
  • Ability to simplify complex insurance and technology concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Health insurance industry experience, including familiarity with ACA Marketplace insurance and ancillary or supplemental insurance, is preferred.
