Description

  • Empower partners and customers to understand the technical aspects of Coveo solutions and execute implementations efficiently.
  • Develop and execute a design-to-cost program strategy aligned with Coveo’s implementation objectives and goals.
  • Design, build, and maintain external implementation enablement programs with Global Enablement, Professional Services, and Product Enablement teams.
  • Lead implementation developer onboarding, including training, logistics, and process coordination.
  • Analyze implementation performance data, learner feedback, and quality trends to improve enablement programs and learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Customer Organization, Product Management, and Partner Management teams to evolve partner experience and represent the voice of the customer.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience delivering technical implementations, with significant exposure to customer-facing content and enablement programs in a SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to educate diverse audiences.
  • Ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts in a rapidly evolving technology environment.
  • Proven success building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while aligning initiatives to business objectives.
  • 2+ years of experience implementing enterprise software solutions, either as a consulting partner or in-house developer (preferred).
  • Experience in instructional design and development (preferred).
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience leading workshops, discussions, and decision-making sessions (preferred).
  • Experience administering or leveraging learning management systems (LMS) and partner portal platforms (preferred).
