Description

  • Design, own, and continuously improve the new hire onboarding program for AEs, BDRs, and Sales Engineers.
  • Certify new reps on product knowledge, messaging, and sales methodology in partnership with Sales leadership.
  • Coordinate with HR, Product, and Marketing to keep onboarding content current and improve ramp time.
  • Facilitate live training sessions, role-plays, and skills workshops for new hires and tenured reps.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Sales and Marketing and translate rep needs into content and tool requests.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to develop and maintain playbooks, battlecards, one-pagers, objection-handling guides, and demo scripts.
  • Ensure sales content is organized, current, and accessible in the enablement platform.
  • Coordinate sales input on product launches, campaign alignment, and messaging updates, and support rollout of new sales tools.
  • Own the RFP content repository and keep standard responses, company information, security questionnaires, and supporting materials up to date.
  • Manage end-to-end RFP responses, including intake, triage, assignment, drafting, review, submission, and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or a closely related B2B SaaS role.
  • Demonstrated experience building or managing a sales onboarding or enablement program.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
  • Excellent written communication skills with experience creating sales content, playbooks, or training materials.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal.
  • Experience managing an RFP or compliance-driven documentation process.
  • Based in the United States.
  • Experience with a sales enablement platform such as Highspot, Seismic, or Guru is preferred.
  • Familiarity with RFP software such as Responsive, RFPIO, or Loopio is preferred.
  • CRM experience with HubSpot for tracking rep data and onboarding progress is preferred.
