Description

  • Own the enablement strategy and roadmap for the EMEA sales organization.
  • Develop the local strategy for adopting global enablement programs, including sales methodology, product launches, and onboarding.
  • Build a comprehensive sales rep development approach from hire through promotion and beyond.
  • Conduct needs and gap analyses using enablement councils, 1:1 meetings, surveys, and other data collection methods.
  • Drive continuous learning through refreshers, readiness efforts, assessments, and certifications.
  • Coach and support front-line managers and account executives on skills coaching and territory management.
  • Deliver training sessions on discovery, demo, negotiation, and deal execution.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product teams to create content for AEs to use with prospects and customers.
  • Develop and present Quarterly Business Reviews and report on prior-quarter results.
  • Measure and report on enablement success metrics and present project plans and updates to Sales Leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales or GTM Enablement at a high-growth global tech company.
  • Experience serving as the EMEA representative within a global organization and understanding the diverse markets across the EMEA region.
  • Experience designing engaging workshops and delivering presentations.
  • Direct experience in a B2B SaaS customer-facing role, preferably selling to Mid-Market or Enterprise prospects.
  • Deep understanding of sales dynamics and the ability to gain buy-in from diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills and experience using data and analysis to influence strategic planning or business change.
  • Ability to set strategic direction by translating needs into a clear global strategy.
  • Excellent proactive verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in an ambiguous environment.
  • French or German language skills are a nice to have.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of €88,000 to €132,000 EUR.
  • Annual cash bonus plan may be included as part of total compensation.
  • Variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles may be included.
  • Equity may be included in the compensation package.
  • Sign-on payments may be included.
  • Comprehensive health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
  • Up to 10% travel may be required for onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, and industry events.
