Description

  • Serve as the project or program point of contact and strategic advisor for key client relationships.
  • Own engagement success by aligning client goals with solution delivery outcomes.
  • Drive long-term client value and satisfaction across Salesforce initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery leads to keep solutions on track and aligned to strategy.
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks that could affect client satisfaction or account growth.
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Shape and guide change management and user adoption strategies.
  • Support pre-sales strategy and scoping conversations to define meaningful business outcomes.
  • Represent Orion’s values and capabilities in internal and external client moments.
  • Travel as needed for workshops, key milestones, and account development.

Requirements

  • Client-facing experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Strong project management experience; agile experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience contributing to requirements-gathering sessions and translating business needs into actionable deliverables.
  • Experience facilitating end-user training and creating support documentation to drive adoption and project success.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Confidence managing priorities, timelines, and people under pressure.
  • Experience growing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Sales, Service, or Marketing are a strong plus.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.; Canadian applicants must be eligible to travel to U.S. client sites and have appropriate documentation.
