Description

  • Prospect and identify new opportunities within existing enterprise law firm accounts.
  • Build and cultivate trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across assigned firms.
  • Manage the full deal cycle from discovery through close.
  • Develop and execute account management strategies to expand business within current clients.
  • Create detailed account plans with cross-functional teams to grow partnerships and deepen relationships.
  • Identify and implement stakeholder engagement strategies to expand Opus 2's reach within each enterprise firm.
  • Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline with activity, opportunity status, forecast amounts, and closing dates.
  • Communicate client feedback to product development, marketing, and sales teams to inform strategy.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quota in the assigned territory.
  • Participate in marketing events, trade shows, client meetings, and company events as needed.

Requirements

  • Successful experience selling technology solutions into Top 200 North American law firms or Global 100 law firms.
  • Experience in the litigation space of LegalTech preferred.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and decision-making processes.
  • Ability to build credibility with C-suite and senior leaders in large global organizations.
  • Proven track record of sales success, forecasting accuracy, and consistently achieving 100%+ of target.
  • Expert knowledge of consultative sales processes involving multiple influencers and decision-makers.
  • Executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver persuasive presentations in virtual and in-person settings, including 1:1 and small group formats.
  • Highly proficient with MS Office suite and Salesforce CRM.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed to meet with law firm leaders in person.
