Description

  • Own and grow relationships with OpenXSelect curation partners globally as the primary point of contact.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with key partners, aligning on shared goals, performance metrics, and long-term objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Account Management to align partnership strategies with company goals.
  • Inform and shape go-to-market strategies using partner insights and market opportunities.
  • Drive revenue growth through partnerships by identifying and executing monetization and expansion opportunities.
  • Establish and manage scalable workflows that improve operational efficiency and consistency across partner engagements.
  • Guide internal stakeholders, including agency account executives and cross-functional teams, to execute partnership deliverables and revenue targets.
  • Stay current on programmatic industry trends and adjust strategies to support partner success.
  • Engage with senior-level partners and buyers across data, formats, measurement, and product conversations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in channel sales, with significant experience managing large strategic accounts.
  • 5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising.
  • Experience with curation is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining senior-level relationships within programmatic companies.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to coach and collaborate across sales, product, and engineering teams.
  • Ability to think long-term and develop sustainable, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Experience identifying and engaging key stakeholders within complex organizational structures.
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising and digital media ecosystem, including data-driven and tech-enabled advertising solutions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to and influence C-level executives.
  • Proven experience negotiating complex deals and commercial agreements with win-win outcomes.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make strategic decisions under pressure.

  • Base salary range of $140,250 to $165,000 per year.
