Description

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new CTV supply partnerships with premium streaming platforms, broadcasters, FAST networks, and app-based video publishers.
  • Drive CTV supply expansion and go-to-market strategy in key international markets, including Canada and LATAM.
  • Negotiate and structure regional and global commercial contracts for CTV supply and data partnerships.
  • Co-own a portfolio of strategic CTV publishers with Account Management and serve as a trusted advisor on monetization, identity, curation, AI, and privacy-first approaches.
  • Source market feedback and competitive intelligence for CTV to inform OpenX’s product roadmap and innovation priorities.
  • Support buy-side teams on CTV inventory and data positioning to help secure and activate new demand.
  • Represent OpenX at industry events and contribute thought leadership within the CTV ecosystem.
  • Own OpenX’s relationship with assigned CTV publishers and partner closely with Sales Engineering and other publisher-facing teams.
  • Work with the RVP of Publisher Development to shape and execute CTV supply strategy.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of programmatic sales experience in ad tech or on the publisher side.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and managing enterprise partnerships.
  • Existing relationships across premium publishers.
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and retail media networks.
  • Strong executive presence and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and startup-minded.
  • Experience in the LATAM and Canada markets (preferred).
  • Spanish speaker (preferred).
  • Direct CTV partnership experience (preferred).
