Description

  • Lead day-to-day delivery of one or more consulting workstreams and coordinate with other workstream leaders.
  • Facilitate strategy, roadmap, design, and planning workshops.
  • Manage requirements, objectives, milestones, dependencies, timelines, status, risks, and project deliverables.
  • Lead technical project teams and present deliverables to client executive management.
  • Set and manage customer expectations while serving as a liaison between clients and delivery teams.
  • Define and track outcome-based success measures alongside scope, schedule, and budget metrics.
  • Support business development through discovery meetings, proposal development, project scoping, and client presentations.
  • Build senior and C-suite client relationships and identify follow-on opportunities.
  • Assess client technology environments and develop cost-benefit, ROI, and TCO business-case inputs.
  • Contribute to advisory offerings, thought leadership, technology market perspectives, and team mentoring.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience as a senior information technology leader, including at least 6 years in executive technology consulting.
  • Graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • Experience leading complex, technology-driven initiatives and guiding teams through organizational change.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous, complex problems into actionable workstreams.
  • Knowledge of proposal development and the consulting sales cycle.
  • Experience managing client relationships and advising executive and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Business acumen and understanding of client industries, operating models, and strategic priorities.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, cloud platforms, enterprise technology strategy, IT trends, technologies, and standards.
  • Executive presence with polished presentation, verbal, written, interpersonal, and active-listening skills.
  • Ability to contribute at least one published thought-leadership asset annually, such as a point of view, white paper, or webinar.
