Description

  • Support global Sales, Services, and Marketing decisions with recurring performance analysis and business segment health monitoring.
  • Prepare and present analyses, narratives, dashboards, and reports for audiences from field sales to senior leadership.
  • Translate data sets into actionable insights and recommendations for internal sales, marketing, and operations partners.
  • Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards for multiple business scenarios.
  • Manage inbound requests for ad hoc analyses, reporting needs, and process or system enhancement requests from the Global Restaurant Sales and Services team.
  • Partner with Salesforce and BI teams to implement process improvements and data optimizations.
  • Maintain Salesforce.com data stewardship, including dashboard and report creation, upkeep, end-user support, and documentation.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with sales leaders and help drive key initiatives and measurable results across business segments.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in analytics and at least 2 years leading analytics efforts within an organization.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience designing and developing ETL processes.
  • Experience with Snowflake or another relational database.
  • Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools such as Preset, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and INDEX/MATCH.
  • Experience measuring and improving efficiency, utilization, or scale initiatives.
  • Experience with AI and automation tools such as generative AI, code copilots, and workflow automation.
  • Experience with Google platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Google Search is a plus.
  • Strong preference for experience with marketplace dynamics and pricing analysis, including pricing, discounting, or yield analysis.
  • Experience with LTV/CAC, commission or incentives, and sales territory management is a plus.
  • Understanding of sales process within OpenTable or equivalent sales process experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to document business processes and requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, problem-solving, negotiation, and project coordination skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High energy, growth mindset, curiosity, and willingness to take on challenging projects.
