Description

  • Provide sophisticated analytics to support global Sales, Services, and Marketing decisions and monitor key performance metrics and business segment health.
  • Prepare and present analyses and business narratives for audiences ranging from field sales teams to senior leadership.
  • Translate large data sets into actionable insights, recommendations, dashboards, and reports for sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards for multiple business scenarios.
  • Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with sales leaders to support key initiatives and measurable results.
  • Manage inbound requests from the Global Restaurant Sales and Services team for ad hoc analyses, reporting, and process or system enhancement needs.
  • Partner with Salesforce and BI teams to implement process improvements and data optimizations.
  • Own Salesforce data stewardship, dashboard and report creation, upkeep, end-user support, and documentation management.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in analytics, including at least 2 years leading analytics efforts within an organization.
  • Experience manipulating large data sets to identify trends and make recommendations.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience designing and developing ETL processes.
  • Experience with Snowflake or another relational database.
  • Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools such as Preset, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, V/XLOOKUP, and INDEX/MATCH.
  • Experience with Salesforce and BI tools is highly preferred.
  • Background in finance, analytics, or strategy is highly preferred.
  • Operational experience measuring and improving efficiency, utilization, or scale initiatives.
  • Proactive use of AI and automation tools, such as generative AI, code copilots, or workflow automation.
  • Strong data quality and debugging mindset, with ability to reconcile results and work with BI/Engineering to resolve issues.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, reporting, problem-solving, negotiation, and project coordination skills.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Google Search is a plus.
  • Experience with marketplace dynamics, pricing analysis, LTV/CAC, commission or incentives, and sales territory management is a plus.

  • Salary range of $80,000-$90,000 USD for this U.S.-based role.
